Job description:

Performs a wide range of duties to develop and service Agriculture / Business relationships through origination of loans and cross-selling other Bank products and services to exisitng and prospective customers within the Bank market area. Meets key performance objectives as defined by management for loan production, loan quality and customer satisfaction. Assumes overall responsibility for Agriculture / Business relationships and serves as the primary contact between Bank and customers. Canidates should have direct knowledge of the various FSA/USDA lending programs.

Job Requirements

Education, training, experience:

Bachelor's Degree Required
Knowledge of Agriculture / Commercial lending guidelines and federal lending regulations governing such transactions
Formal credit training and/or underwriting experience preferred
Ability to analyze basic Agriculture / Commercial financial statements and trends
Outstanding sales skills with demonstrated sales and negotiating experience
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
4+ years of successful Agriculture /Commercial banking experience preferred; 4+ years of sales or relationship/account management experience required
